I grew up in San Diego and attended high school and college here. I have 30 years experience working on or captaining passenger vessels in the San Diego area. I am single. I love to fish and race homing pigeons in our local San Diego club. I live in Claremont and have lived in San Diego since 1959. I love to be on the ocean or the bay working, fishing, or diving. I also like to garden and grow palm trees. |

I
am a native of Nebraska, and have lived in San Diego for
more than 30 years. I first came here when I joined the Navy
fresh out of high school. Serving almost four years, I decided
to stay in this city that I came to love. Entering an apprenticeship
program, I worked in the printing industry for the next several
decades. By 2002, technology changed the career focus to
starting a new job outlook at mid-life. An aspiring writer,
I continue work on Great American Novels. I am certain that
my storytelling abilities, powers of observation, and love
of working with people will infuse my Old Town Trolley SEAL
Tour-and that it, in turn, will enhance my writing. I am
an active outdoorsman. I love to ski, surf, and hike. My
wife Beth and I camp and whitewater raft together. I have
three children and one grandson. |

In
August 2005 I moved for the very first time ever. The change
from San Mateo to San Diego has been an exciting and challenging
experience. I pretty much lived the normal suburbia childhood
and participated in every sport possible. I attended an all
girl high school. I
am the middle of three children and more importantly dad's “little
princess”. I mention this because you will want to
blame my dad when April comes around and you can’t
shut me up about the san Francisco Giants! I’ve worked
at a few unusual jobs including a basketball camp, Cold Stone
Creamery, (yes I sang for tips), and various babysitting/nanny
jobs. I would have to say that being a nanny has been the
most challenging experience, but the pizza at Chuck E Cheese
was defiantly a perk. I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
I have bungee jumped and enjoy snow boarding, surfing, skateboarding,
and rock climbing. If you can't already tell I tend to be
a bit random but it makes for good conversation. My friendly
personality and easygoing attitude make me easy to talk to
and a joy to work with. I’m excited to be a new member
of the SEAL tour team! |

Hi!
I grew up in the Midwest…Chicago and northern Indiana.
I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in radio
and television production….something I have never
used. I spent my entire career until now working in marketing,
advertising and promotion at two of the nation's leading
sales promotion agencies for clients like McDonalds, Wendy’s,
United Airlines, Holiday Inn, and AT&T. Most recently
I was director of marketing for Brunswick bowling,
living in Frankfurt, Germany. Due to a major corporate restructuring,
I left Brunswick and decided to move to San Diego and start
an entire new career in tourism and cultured entertainment.
Here I am. Besides traveling all over the world, I love golf,
music, theater, and spectator sports. Nice to meet you! |

My name is Jacob but Jake is just fine. I am a recent graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a degree in History. I am a San Diego native and went to high school in Coronado. In my personal life, I am a huge sports fan, especially a die-hard Padre fan. My other favorite sports are soccer, basketball and my struggling golf game. I also love to travel. I have been lucky to go to so many amazing places. My most recent journey was a 7 country trip through Europe. |
