Tour Option 1: Purchase from your shore excursion desk |
|
| |
Purchase tickets through the shore excursion desk onboard select cruise ships. Be sure to ask for the one and only Old Town Trolley Tour of Boston (the orange and green trolley). Most cruise lines allow guests to reserve shore excursions in advance of the cruise through the cruise line website.

How to get to Old Town Trolley Tours:
Stop 17A is conveniently located just outside of the Black Falcon Cruise Ship Terminal. When you exit the terminal turn left on Black Falcon Avenue, at the stop sign continue straight onto Terminal Street. You will see a fenced-in parking lot on your left, at the end of the lot turn left towards the water. At the end of the fence turn right and wait next to the fence; the orange and green Old Town Trolley will stop right by the fence.

To return to any of the piers, adults must have both ship’s card (which usually doubles as your room key) and a valid photo identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) |

WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING |

"Great day. We love Boston! We did the hop on/hop off with Old Town Trolley Tours and walked some of the Freedom Trail from the different stops. They are the only tour bus that comes close enough to the ship. When you book online with them, you can request their free brochure that will help you plan your stops. You can't do everything on their route so it is very helpful to plan your day in advance so that you don't waste any time." |

"We purchased tickets online from Old Town Trolley which has a stop near the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal. The terminal is not very close to anything, so a bus, tour, or taxi is advised. We walked a couple of blocks to our bus stop, our e-ticket was stamped with the date and we were free to get on and off all day. A brochure was sent when we purchased the tickets so we already knew which stops would be priority. With trolleys running every 15-20 minutes, we never had to wait long. The drivers were very knowledgeable and their narration described every stop. We walked part of the Freedom Trail, visited historic sites, had lunch at Faneuil Hall, completed the circuit and took another trolley back to the ship. It was a great way to see the City!" |
