We have a number of trolleys that are wheelchair accessible.  There are specific locations that can safely permit loading and unloading of wheelchairs. We are happy to accommodate where possible. As always, collapsible wheelchairs are permitted on any of our trolleys and all of our CASTmembers are willing and able to assist with the loading.

Our Trolleys have rear mounted hydraulic wheelchair lifts. It often requires two people to maneuver the chair into position and operate the lift. It also requires a considerable amount of space and a flat, level surface that is not available at some of the stops that we are permitted to use. Some of our stops are on narrow city streets. It is because of these safety concerns that our lifts can only be deployed in specific locations. 

We are happy to provide this service and ask for your assistance to allow us to safely serve you with minimal impact on other guests utilizing our services. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice of your arrival date, the time you would like to take the tour, and at which trolley stop you will board the tour. You may call our office at 305-296-6688 to provide this information. This will assure that a properly equipped vehicle may be made available. The stops that will safely accommodate the use of the hydraulic lifts are 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Please arrive at the designated location no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure time so that we can accomplish the boarding process smoothly and safely.
