My wife and I just wanted to write you about Vanessa of the Key West Trolley tour. We have taken a number of your tours in different cities and Vanessa is by far the best we ever had. Her historical knowledge combined with her humor and energy is outstanding, not to mention her outstanding driving ability on very narrow streets. Should you have an employee of the quarter award or such she definitely should receive it, in fact I'd be surprised if she didn't receive it every quarter, she definitely deserves it.
