We just returned from our vacation and did the Old Town Trolley Tour. It was great! We got off at a couple of stops (had Key Lime pie on a stick with chocolate that was fabulous!) and so got to experience more than one driver/guide. They were all great and the tour is a great way to see Key West in a short period of time...The trolley tour was an absolute bargain! - Ontario |

My wife and I visited Key West from Sep 30 to Oct 5. During that week we took a trolley ride. Our guide was Louie. He was delightful!!! His knowledge of the area was amazing and his rapport with the customers was excellent. He kept us laughing while giving us the information we wanted. My wife and I just wanted to write you about Vanessa of the Key West Trolley tour. We have taken a number of your tours in different cities and Vanessa is by far the best we ever had. Her historical knowledge combined with her humor and energy is outstanding, not to mention her outstanding driving ability on very narrow streets. Should you have an employee of the quarter award or such she definitely should receive it, in fact I'd be surprised if she didn't receive it every quarter, she definitely deserves it. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the trolley service for our ceremony November 1st. Our guests had a really great time on the Trolley, and it turned out to be one of those moments that people are still talking about. It was clean, in great condition, and a real spectacle in our video.
