Tour the Lucas Theater
Have you ever wanted to walk on the Lucas Theatre stage? Now you can! Tours of the Lucas Theatre are available most days. Availability is occasionally limited by event requirements. In general, free self-guided tours are available, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Guided tours are $4 per person and available by reservation, or by walk-up when events allow. The tours take approximately 20 minutes. Groups are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Group rates are available. Lucas Theatre, 32 Abercorn St, Savannah (912) 525-5023 or (912) 525-5040.

13th Colony Sound
Savannah, Georgia’s chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society meets on Monday nights at 7 p.m., at Thunderbolt Lodge #693, 3111 Rowland Ave., Thunderbolt, GA. (approx. 15 mins. outside Historic District).

Toddler 3rd Thursday at Jepson Center

Toddler Third Thursdays are great for parents, grandparents and caregivers with pre-school children. Designed especially for preschoolers ages 3-5 and their adult companions, this program allows toddlers to explore artwork from Telfair exhibitions and complete a fun-filled art project relating to their tour. A different tour and project will be offered each month. Time to play in ArtZeum is included. $5 per child + adult admission. First Friday for Folk Music
A production of the Savannah Folk Music Society at First Presbyterian Church at 520 Washington Ave. 7:30-10 p.m. A $2 minimum donation is requested to help defray the costs of renting the hall etc. The two performing acts are “Jim Wann” and “The Old Folkers”. (912) 898-1876.

Buckets of oysters, a bar and a band! Enjoy live entertainment, full libations and great food, including tasty grill items for the landlubbers! Night Skies - Telescopes at the Tybee Pier and Pavilion

The Forsyth Farmers’ Market
9 am - 1 pm, rain or shine, at the South End of Forsyth Park in Historic Downtown Savannah, a variety of vendors will offer their produce and products to residents and visitors alike. The Forsyth Farmers’ Market vendors offer a variety of local goods including seasonal produce, eggs, honey, pastured meat, bread, cheese, mushrooms, fresh herbs, vegetable sauces, preserves, coffee beans, heirloom seeds and potted plants.

Second Sunday
The Bonaventure Historical Society conducts tours of the historic sections of Bonaventure Cemetery.
Tours begin at 2, 2:30 and 3 p.m. and last about an hour. Free, but donations are appreciated. Signs direct visitors to the starting point. No reservations are required. Bonaventure Cemetery located approx. 15 minutes out of the Historic District on Bonaventure Rd.
