I was born in a distant land and was raised mostly in Michigan.

My interests are photography, motorcycles, art, literature, history, geography, culture, music, travel, cars, and whatever strikes my fancy.

My wife’s name is Rachel; I have two sisters, and two children.

Hi! My name is Janice. I am the eldest of three children. I was born January 17, 1965.

I attended Chatham County Public Schools here in Savannah, and graduated in 1983 from Savannah High School. After high school, I started working at Coastal Chemicals and stayed there for 3 ½ years. In 1987, I had my first child, a girl named Janisha Jontae’ Brown.

In 1988, opportunity meant for me to work at Union Camp Corp. Working at Union Camp, I met my future husband, James Emerson Jr. We have two children, James Emerson III (5 years old), and Janae’ Briana Emerson (4 years old). We were married on May 10, 1996.

After my 2 children were old enough, I started working at Laidlaw Transit, around September of 1998. My hobbies are skating, swimming, walking, reading, listening to jazz, and spending time with my children. I feel wonderful being able to work here at Old Town Trolley.

Hey y’all. My name is Joyce and my friends call me Joyce-e. I’m a native of Savannah, raised on the water, and I love the smell of the salt marshes. I have two daughters, Kristen is 27 and Melanie is 17. I also have two wonderful grandchildren (Isaac and Laurianna). My family is my pride and joy. The grandchildren call me G.J., short for Grandma Joyce.

I’m definitely a “people person” and totally devoted to my family and friends. I’ve been with Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah since 1999. I left the insurance industry after 15 years and never looked back. The CAST members here at Old Town Trolley are my second family. That’s what we are all about, making our family and friends feel welcome.

I’m proud to be aboard “The Nation’s Storyteller” and look forward to showing you my hometown so that you too can experience our Southern Hospitality.

Hi y’all! I’m Karen, a recent transplant from faraway Seattle, WA. After visiting here recently, I impulsively bought a home and am now thoroughly enjoying Savannah’s beautiful weather, hospitable people, and rich, rich history.

A history major from the University of Washington (Go Huskies!!), and former teacher, who has traveled the world as a Marine Corps officer’s wife, it’s my privilege to share my love of Savannah with our many guests! I love everything about the area – from its unique historic squares to its fantastic art community and fabulous restaurants. (I also love the fact that women actually wear hats here!)

The mother of two wonderful adults – Laura, a PhD candidate currently living in New Zealand, and Kurt, an executive with Wells Fargo Financial in Des Moines, Iowa; I am living proof that there is life after children.

Greetings! My name is William, but I go by “Bill”. I am currently a shuttle driver for Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah. I was born in Stuart, Florida, and my girlfriend and I are retired and moved to Savannah because we love her charm and grace. The history, the beauty, and the friendliest people on Earth make Savannah our place to be.

My favorite activities and hobbies are reading and gardening.

What brought me to Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah was four years of retirement; it was time for more people contact. What could be better than meeting new people everyday and getting paid to talk about a city I love.

I was born and raised in Savannah but moved to the sleepy little town of Midway, Ga. about five years ago. I have been married for 31 years to a wonderful man and have three sons and two grandchildren. 

My hobbies are dancing, dancing, dancing and travel.

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and spent time in Michigan and Kansas. I had a great upbringing with my two sisters in a family where laughter was important. I love to laugh and make others laugh and love working with the public. I am single and enjoying my passions in love, especially art and bringing art to others.

I have been on several mission trips to Russia since 2002 and in 2007 I spent eight months teaching Christian children, grades 1 through 7, as well as teaching art and bringing Jesus to orphans there.

I am a single mother of one son who is seven years old. I have two younger siblings, 17 and 14. All of my family is back home in Midway, Ga. with the exception of my brother who is in Atlanta, Ga.

I consider myself to be a well rounded individual. I like to do everything from golf to boating. I love going to the movies and out to eat and doing anything with my son.

I was born and raised in Savannah, Ga. My name is Robyn Joann Jones. I have two wonderful sons, ages seven and 16 years old. I am 35 years old and a single parent taking care of me and my sons.

My favorite hobby is cooking – I love to cook! 

My other favorite hobby is listening to music – good music.

Hi. I’m Jon. My wife Judy and I live in Bluffton, South Carolina. We have four children and three grandchildren. 

I am the mother of two great daughters who live in Long Island, NY., and the grandmother of one grandson and one granddaughter. Each daughter has one child.

My hobbies include dancing, traveling and photography. Church is my most favorite place to spend time.

I’m from Florida and came to Savannah to attend SCAD and stayed for the atmosphere. I am a current student as photography major.

I love exploring Savannah and Tybee looking for places to photograph. I like walking my dog in Forsyth Park.  I also like water sports at the beach and boating and fishing.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. After a 13-year career in the Marine Corps I decided that the service industry would be an interesting change in careers. I’ve worked in hotels, restaurants and retail and find that it is not much different than being in the service.

I enjoy all outdoor activities. I have a fond love of wine, food and the arts.

I was already working in the tourism industry as a hotel concierge when I came upon this interesting position. I have not regretted my decision to join this team.

Calvin - Concierge

Hi! I was born in Wrightsville, GA – the home of Herschel Walker, UGA’s greatest football player. As a concierge at Old Town Trolley, I get paid to do something I truly love to do. I love to share Savannah with the rest of the world, because Savannah is an incredibly beautiful city, has incredible architecture, and has natural beauty. I treasure the opportunity to share it with our many tourists and visitors. Every time we walk out of our front doors, we are immersed in such immense beauty. Every view is a photographer’s and painter’s dream. I am constantly in awe of this incredible city. 

As a painter and an amateur photographer, I am in heaven in Savannah. It is such a haven for artists from all over the world. I am an avid tennis player with a USTA ranking of 3.5 and I play 3 or 4 times a week. I am an avid reader and I write poetry. I am a supporter of local live music. I love foreign and independent films. I frequent coffee shops. I am fashion conscious with a budget inspired attitude. I am an Oprah freak, because what she does brings hope to this world.

After 28 years as a creative in advertising, a recession, and the cold winters in the Northeast, I set my sights on South Florida…sunshine, warmth, the palm trees, white sand, and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean.

Twelve years later, Florida’s growth and the hurricanes of 2004, pushed my adventure in life to throw the dart further north, Savannah, Charleston and South Carolina.  Three rounds on the Old Town Trolley Tours, ghosts included, sold me on Savannah.

Hi! I was born in Columbia, SC, but I have lived in Georgia for most of my life. I am a single mom of a beautiful 16-year-old daughter named Cheyenne, who attends St. Vincent’s Academy. This is the same school I graduated from in the late 70’s. I worked in the antique business for 14 years before coming to Old Town Trolley Tours.

I enjoy spending time with my family. Kenny, my big brother, (look for the guy in the funny lady’s hat), my daughter, and I love to attend baseball games, especially the Atlanta Braves. I also love spending time at the beach during the summer.

Pam - Concierge

I was born in Niagara Falls, New York. I am married with one beautiful daughter who has given me two beautiful grandchildren. My late husband and I were in the service industry for many years before we moved back here to Savannah. My favorite past time is being with my grandchildren.

Old Town Trolley is a fun company to work with! I definitely found my “fun” job.

When my family moved to Savannah twenty years ago I felt as if I had come home! I have a nineteen-year-old son, Yates, who is going to make his career in the Air Force. There are three generations living in my home but we make it work because we are very close.

I am a people person and can sit in one of our beautiful squares, on River Street or City Market and people watch for hours. I love reading, cooking and playing with my dogs. I also enjoy dining out and going to the movies.

I wanted a fun and interesting career change. I love history and people and am happy to combine the two!!

I am a native of Savannah, born at the Georgia infirmary in Savannah, GA. I was born into a family of six of which I am the third sibling. I am a graduate of the old Savannah High on Washington Avenue.

My hobbies include reading, boxing, exercising and weight lifting. I also enjoy cooking, a first priority of mine.

What brought me to Old Town Trolley was a new interest outside of construction and a very close friend of mine, Frederick. Big ups to Brian, Mrs. Rita and Jon.

I was born in Spartanburg, SC in 1951.  I am the eldest of 3 children.  My primary education was at St. Joseph Catholic School in Columbia, SC.  While I was in high school, my parents moved to Macon, GA, so I finished high school there.  I then furthered my studies and spent 2 years at Macon Junior College.

A slow economy and the privilege of youth allowed me the opportunity to relocate to Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  It was there that I met my first wife and started a career in sales—first with a potato chip route and then selling cars.  I have a daughter named Sarah, who is now attending Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale.

Because of family, I returned to GA and settled in Savannah.  I continued in Auto Sales for a while, but then moved into the antique business.

I’ve been with Old Town Trolley now for 11 years, and have really seen it all!  I’ve enjoyed being a Conductor, Safety Officer, and Training Officer for the best tour company in Savannah!

I was born in Warren Ohio. I have a beautiful wife, Mary Jo and two children, Jacob and Katelyn.

My hobbies include flying, scuba diving, and golfing.

What brought me to OTT was the change of pace and the constant flow of interesting people.

I was born in Houston, Texas but moved to Savannah at the age of five. I am married with five wonderful children ages 2 to 18. We also have two high maintenance cats.

In my spare time – huh! – I love being outside in the garden, interior design and changing things around the house. A large part of my spare time is spent grocery shopping for seven.

As a former fire fighter on call for 24 hours at a time I was looking for a job that would allow me more time with my children. Savannah is a beautiful city and I am glad to be able to share it with others.

I was born in Gross Pointe, Michigan, but grew up in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. While attending college in Jacksonville, Florida, I met my boyfriend, Chris, and decided to relocate to Savannah when he was accepted into SCAD. I love to play the piano and being outside. I love to work at Old Town Trolley!

My family and I are native Georgians. However, I was raised is South Florida. After my mother passed away, I moved back to Savannah, Georgia, to be nearer my sister. I love to stay active and learn new things. Currently, I am learning sign language and how to play the guitar. I love to work in the service industry.

I love to work for a great company that sells itself. Old Town Trolley is that kind of company!

I was born in Atlanta, GA. I am the mother of two beautiful daughters who have given me three of the world’s greatest grandchildren. I spend my time making custom jewelry and mosaic flower pots. I also volunteer at the JC Lewis Cancer Pavilion to help support the patients and their families.

I love working for Old Town Trolley! Where else do they let have fun and make money at the same time!

I was born in Marshall, Michigan. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in teaching. I moved to Florida to pursue my teaching career. I taught Kindergarten and first grade for 7 years. In my time off, I love to play tennis and trying out new restaurants.

I was lucky to relocate with my fiancé, Vince, to Savannah. We are having the “Savannah Experience” together and love sharing it with our guests!

I have lived in Cleveland, OH, Toledo, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Jacksonville, FL, Brunswick, GA, and arrived here in Savannah eleven months ago, moving from Charleston, SC. I am a divorced father of five daughters.

My favorite activities away from work are golf, food, golf, food and maybe more golf. I also love most sports and great historic cities.

I came to OTT via - shock - a golf course. I met one of our conductors who said it was a fun place to work. And he was right, you all make it fun! Thanks.

I was born in Americus, Georgia. I am married with two sons and one daughter. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and have been in the travel industry for over 25 years. I am a member of the Coastal Conservation and love to fish.

Old Town Trolley gives me the opportunity to share the love of southern history and the mystique of Savannah with our visitors!

I was born in northern Indiana but my family relocated to Georgia when I was still quite young. My mother and older sister still live in GA. I was employed as a food service manager and was transferred to Savannah in 1992.

I love working on the computer, watching movies and reading. I attend church and am involved in a church group at Savannah Christian. I am also involved in a social fellowship and enjoy my many friends there.

Through several acquaintances I became familiar with the tourism industry. I was looking to get out of the food service industry and saw the travel/tourism as a great opportunity for a new career. I had several friends at OTT who recommended it as a great place to work.

I was born in Key West, Florida. I am currently attending SCAD and majoring is sound design. I love to compose, perform and produce anything that deals with music. When I am not working or studying, you will find me in the water surfing, scuba diving, or fishing!

I wanted to work for a fun company and I found it in Old Town Trolley Tours!

I was born in Newark, New Jersey. I am a proud wife and a mother of 3 wonderful children. When I am not taking care of my family, I love to ride my bike through Savannah.

I had noticed Old Town Trolley Tours here in Savannah. I asked a cast member about the company. An opportunity arose and I became a part of this great company.

I was born in Fort Worth, Texas. I am the mother of two sons who are serving in the US Army’s Special Forces. They have given me 6 wonderful grandchildren who keep me very busy. I enjoy black and white classic movies and reading the biographies of the American Presidents. I also enjoy being outdoors camping, fishing, and skeet shoot!

I relocated to Savannah feeling I needed a new career. Old Town Trolley Tours has given me the opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and become acquainted with the history of Savannah!

I was born and raised in Mystic, Connecticut, a small fishing town. I am married and have three wonderful girls. I love fishing and being outdoors with my family. Old Town Trolley enables me to plan for my future.
