The San Sebastian Winery boasts some of the finest American wines and is among the first to develop table, sparkling and desert wines from hybrid and muscadine grapes. Guests can participate in tours of the winery, learn all the secrets of how wine is really made and get a delicious sample during a complimentary wine-tasting. The Cellar Upstairs Wine and Jazz Bar sits at the top of the winery and is an open-air deck that entertains guests on weekends. Classic jazz and R&B and Blues can be heard while unwinding with some of San Sebastian’s wines and glorious views of St. Augustine.
