You will be transported to several locations of chocolate culinary creations beginning with The Avilles Restaurant at the Hilton Bayfront, where you will enjoy a chocolate confection of the chef’s choice; then on to the Casa Monica Hotel, where you will enter into the lobby of this historic Flagler hotel and sample their own unique chocolate creation on your way to Claude’s Chocolates, a French chocolatier which specializes in artisan truffles and ganache; here you will sample Chef Claude’s finest, while learning the “art” of artisan chocolates. Now you are on to the renowned Raintree Restaurant, where you will get a lesson in chocolate tasting from St. Augustine’s original Chocolate Family, Whetstone Chocolates, whose fine chocolate will also be featured in the “chocolate fountain” that you will enjoy.You'll also be treated to chocolate covered popcorn, compliments of Peterbrooke Chocolatier. And, just when you think you are in chocolate heaven, the grand finale is an entire chocolate buffet of decadent pastries made especially for you by the Raintree Restaurant that will leave you smiling.
