Old Town Trolley Tours is the perfect way to explore the city! We’ve carefully crafted our tour, selecting the best route that takes in all the right places to maximize your time and give you a great introduction to historic Boston with one stop at the iconic ‘Cheers!’ bar on Beacon Street. Then explore Boston’s darker side aboard the city’s only “frightseeing” ghost tour, Ghosts & Gravestones. Prepare yourself for an evening of fun, scares, and ghost stories guided by a 17th century gravedigger.
Experience the birthplace of American Independence as your expert tour conductor showcases the city with stories featuring tales of adventurers arriving in the New World and their rebellion against the British Crown. Boston has become an iconic ‘must do’ city which truly has something for everyone. Visit the ‘Cheers!’ bar and historic Faneuil Hall, explore the famous Boston Common and be a part of the revolution by throwing the tea into the harbor at the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum.
The trolley will make one stop along the route outside the iconic ‘Cheers!’ bar on Beacon Street where you can take that sought after ‘selfie’, visit Boston Common and the Public Garden, or have a brief stroll along historic and picturesque Charles Street. While you enjoy your off-trolley experiences, your guide and the trolley will wait for you to continue with their narration upon your return.

Daily. 9am – 5pm.
Tours depart from trolley booth located at 200 Atlantic Avenue; directly on the end of the Marriott Long Wharf Hotel.

Length of tour: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
This tour may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age. Due to the loud noises on our tour, children under the age of 6 are not allowed onboard.
