Where did you come from?
Originally from Mobile, AL. Came to Boston via 10 years at Walt Disney World.
What brought you to Old Town Trolley Tours?
I chased a woman. My wife, who I met while working at Disney. We had started a family and decided we should be closer to home. She is from the Boston area.
What did you do prior to working at Old Town Trolley Tours?
I spent 10 magical years serving in the entertainment department for the #1 family vacation destination on Earth, the Walt Disney World resort. As a performer of the world famous Disney characters, I also served as: A puppeteer, a MUPPETeer (Sweetums), stilt-walker, area coordinator, video producer, writer and director.
What do you enjoy about being a conductor?
Aside from being a huge history nut and pointing out the major historic sites, just the satisfaction my guests are not only having a great time, they are learning!
What do you enjoy during your free time?
I’m a professional film maker by trade; but I’m also a writer, with my first children’s book coming out this year.
What kind of food do you like?
I grew up in the South. Just make sure it’s got 2 sticks of butter cooked into it and I’m good.
Do you have any pets?
2 cats, “Meeko” and “Figaro”
What do you enjoy the most about Boston?
The traffic. KIDDING. But seriously, definitely being in the city where American history was practically born.
