“On Friday, we boarded your Old Town Trolley Tour at the first stop outside River Center Mall. We are long-time local residents of San Antonio and came downtown for the Stars & Stripes Salute activities happening around the downtown area. We decided to add the Trolley Tour to our morning after seeing it at our Menger Hotel where we were staying. What a treat!!! Not only are the new Trollies comfortable and cute but we loved the new route and learned lots of new things about our city.

However, my main shoutout has to go to Mariah!!! She is really the reason I am writing to you… Let her supervisor know what an amazing ambassador she is to our city. She was energetic, animated, knowledgeable and so much fun! At a time when I find customer service to be generally lacking, she broke the mold. So super kudos to her and those with the wisdom to hire her. She deserves some extra recognition and I sincerely hope you pass it on to her.”

“Just wanted to let you know that Jerry is a wonderful human being and tour guide. I was traveling on Monday, June 10 with my daughter, who uses a wheelchair. Jerry couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We got on at stop 9 and wanted to do the whole loop. When we got to stop 1, he explained that we needed to transfer to another bus and helped us through the process, even telling the new driver that we wanted to go back and have lunch at Mi Tierra. Thank you Jerry from the folks from Maryland!”
