“My wife and I spent the weekend in San Antonio on our way to Arlington. We decided to book the trolley tours for sightseeing. Our tour guide JJ was an exceptional guide. Very knowledgeable of the historic and community area. On Saturday, he picked us up at a site and then dropped us off at another. On Sunday, we were picked up by JJ once again. As soon as we boarded he recognized us and greeted us. He provided a great service and we truly appreciate the small detail of recognizing us and asking how our days had been going. JJ is an outstanding tour guide and we are very satisfied with his customer service. To us, customer service is a very important part of any business and he more than met our expectations. Thank you, JJ for an outstanding experience while on your tour!!!”

“…My main shoutout has to go to Mariah!!! She is really the reason I am writing to you… Let her supervisor know what an amazing ambassador she is to our city. She was energetic, animated, knowledgeable and so much fun! At a time when I find customer service to be generally lacking, she broke the mold. So super kudos to her and those with the wisdom to hire her. She deserves some extra recognition and I sincerely hope you pass it on to her.”

“My Mom and I took the San Antonio trolley tour and we both agree that your tour guides, Moe and JP, made our trip most enjoyable. They were both so kind and considerate and went above and beyond to make certain that we had the best time and offered plenty of excellent recommendations. We cannot say enough about how wonderful these two guides were!!!!!!! Our trip to San Antonio was superb thanks to you both!!!!”
