The tour makes two stops. The guide and vehicle will stay with you at each designated stop for a seamless tour experience. Begin and finish your journey at the Charleston Visitor Center. Food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

We always allow electric scooters where the combined weight of guest and scooter/wheelchair is less than 600 pounds.

Yes, children are always welcome on our city tour. We do ask that carriages be collapsed; the tour conductor will store the collapsed carriage in a safe place in the vehicle until you’re ready to step down at a departure point.
Service animals are the only animals that are allowed on board the vehicles. A service animal means a dog, regardless of breed or type, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Animal species other than dogs, emotional support animals, comfort animals, companionship animals, and service animals in training are not service animals.
A certain number of our vehicles are equipped with hydraulic wheelchair lifts. We do ask that you call ahead to arrange the use of these vehicles. For more information, go to accessibility services.

Yes, we operate our tours rain or shine, hot or cold, year-round. However, bear in mind that some conditions can prohibit safe operation. Occasionally, we are forced to close operations for safety.
Restrooms are available at the Charleston Visitor Center located at 375 Meeting St.

Yes, we can accommodate strollers but they must be collapsible and will be stored up front with the conductor. Strollers in the aisle ways would constitute a safety hazard.
