How does the Old Town Trolley tour work?
See the sights, hear the history and visit the Historic, Colonial and Victorian districts on our comprehensive 90-minute tour of “Georgia’s First City.” Whether you choose the express option or take advantage of all day on & off privileges at any of our 15 stops, you can be sure you’ll “See the Best First!” Old Town Trolley Tours operates 7 days a week starting at 9:00 AM with departures approximately every 20 minutes throughout the day. The final tour departs the Visitor’s Center at 4:30 PM daily.

Do I need a reservation?
Our Old Town Trolley Tour boards approximately every 20 minutes and does not require a reservation. However, reservations are required for our Ghosts & Gravestones and Paula Deen Tours.

* Ghosts & Gravestones and Paula Deen Tour: If you need to cancel or change your tour reservation, you are required to do so 24 hours in advance. No cancellations or refunds will be made 24 hours prior to tour departure.

What age qualifies for a Child ticket?
Historic Trolley Tour: 4-12; children under 4 are free.
Paula Deen Tour: 4-12; children under 4 are free.
Ghosts & Gravestones: 6-12; No children under 6 allowed.

Can you accommodate handicapped passengers?
Yes. Please phone in advance so that we may best accommodate you.

How can I rent a Trolley for my group?
The Old Town Trolley team, part of Historic Tours of America Group Sales office can give you information on groups and renting our vehicles for special events. They can be reached at (855) 245-8992. For small groups, our Internet discount may be the best option.

I could not use my Ticket. What should I do?
All e-tickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you’ll also avoid any price increases).
