Reservations
Reservations are required. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time by calling 912-233-0083. Date, time, and boarding location are confirmed with booking. Tickets and receipts are sent by email at the time of purchase.

Free parking is available for our ticket holders at the tour departure location at 217 W Boundary Street. Space is limited.
Accessibility Services
Old Savannah Tours offers ADA accessibility options on many (but not all) trolleys, including motorized lifts for one wheelchair or mobility scooter per vehicle. Wheelchair guests are secured with an onboard strap system, and mobility scooter guests are asked to transfer to a trolley seat once boarded for safety.
For the smoothest boarding experience, we recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice so a properly equipped vehicle can be available. Please arrive 15 minutes before your preferred departure time. Lift limit: 800 lbs max (rider + cargo + conveyance) and 34″ W x 51″ L max size.
