I came to Savannah and Old Town Trolley back in 2010 as the Depot Sales Manager. I enjoyed the culture of the company and my peers right from day one. I have been fortunate to meet so many nice people at work and in the Savannah community. My twins were born in Savannah so I guess they are True Savannahians! When I am not at work you will find me staying busy with my children. We spend all our spare time outdoors enjoying the Savannah climate and all it has to offer. I am from St. Augustine, Florida and moved to Savannah in 2008. I have a son who is in the US Army and a daughter who teaches at Georgia Southern University. I was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I just moved to Savannah with my husband, Blake, in April. We lived in Nashville, TN before, and then to Fort Sill, OK. We have two cats, Nemo and Cleo. I grew up in East Tennessee. I worked for Walt Disney World as a concierge in 2015. I loved it – so much so that I am still a certified Disney vacation planner! I love theatre. I grew up doing shows when I was younger, and I still love to do anything involving a show that I can. Another hobby of mine is vacation planning, mostly for others. It may sound lame, but I love organizing plans for people! I also love being outside, and enjoying a lake/ocean when I can. What brought me to Old Town Trolley was that I was looking for a job that would put my love of showmanship and vacation planning together. This seemed to be an ideal fit, and I am loving it so far!

I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee. I am a Coast Guard vet and a musician who taught myself seven instruments. I have lived in New London, Connecticut; Denver, Colorado; Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Williamsburg, Virginia; Seattle, Washington; and Key West, Florida… I play Jazz from the 20s, 30s, and 40s and Western Swing from the same eras. I am a singer and songwriter; I have a Pirate Show (sea chanties), do Civil War reenacting, and I enjoy music and acting. What brought me to Old Town Trolley was my life as a tour guide in Key West. I did walking tours about Jimmy Buffet, pub crawls, and worked for three different ghost tour companies. I was there for 12 years, and it was time for something different. I moved here so I could do tours for HTA and make more Jazz and Pirate music.
I’m originally from Southampton, England. I am 75 years old, a widower & semi-retired after a 40+ year career in International Hotel Management Service Operating. I first came to Savannah as Director of Food & Beverage at the DeSoto Hilton for 5 years. After which, I joined Regent Hotels and accepted a variety of positions in the Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the Caribbean. I returned to Savannah in the early 2000s. All the properties I managed were all 5 stars. For many years I spent a lot of time riding horses at English Saddle & Dressage as well as cross-country riding. I owned 3 beautiful horses. I wanted to work again in a sales service industry attached to the hotel industry. So, I became a concierge with Old Town Trolley, which was in my opinion a better management operation.
I was born in New Albany, Indiana. I am a native of New Albany, and four days after graduating from high school, I left for Parris Island. I spent four years in the US Marine Corps, and worked for 18 years in construction while raising my 2 children. At the age of 40, I began my college years, graduating with a BA in history. My wife, Corine, and I just moved to the area. I like camping, reading (mostly historical non-fiction), and exploring new areas. I enjoy gardening, and spending time with my wife. What brought me to Old Town Trolley was my love of the city and the desire to work as a guide for the #1 Tour Company here.
I absolutely love anything about Halloween. My family and l are into pranks and scaring each other. My family is everything. Snowboarding, snowmobiling, snorkeling and painting are my favorite hobbies. My favorite activities are cooking, watching the Golden Girls, and going on drives to watch the sunsets. Hi! My name is Janice. I am the eldest of three children. I was born January 17, 1965.
I attended Chatham County Public Schools here in Savannah, and graduated in 1983 from Savannah High School. After high school, I started working at Coastal Chemicals and stayed there for 3 ½ years. In 1987, I had my first child, a girl named Janisha Jontae’ Brown.
In 1988, opportunity meant for me to work at Union Camp Corp. Working at Union Camp, I met my future husband, James Emerson Jr. We have two children, James Emerson III (5 years old), and Janae’ Briana Emerson (4 years old). We were married on May 10, 1996.
After my 2 children were old enough, I started working at Laidlaw Transit, around September of 1998. My hobbies are skating, swimming, walking, reading, listening to jazz, and spending time with my children. I feel wonderful being able to work here at Old Town Trolley.

I’m originally from Covington, GA. I moved to Savannah in 2011 to obtain my degree in Mass communications. I’m a personable person, as well as a good listener. I’m originally from Northern Indiana. When I am not a the American Prohibition Museum, I am working with Odd Lot Improv, of which I am the co-founder. I have an 11-year-old version of myself, Logan, my son. I also have a fantastic girlfriend who is super cute. I worked for years as Forrest Gump for Old Savannah Tours. When I found out about their position here, I jumped on it. So happy I did!!!
I started with Old Town Trolley in January of 2013 and the rest has been… history! Since starting I’ve done everything from drive trolleys, train CASTmembers, write scripts, and now I’ve been given the opportunity to manage the first attraction in Savannah – the American Prohibition Museum. Old Town Trolley and Historic Tours of America have been great to me and I continue to enjoy my job and CASTmates.
Born in Key West, FL, and recently moved to Savannah from Wiesbaden, Germany. I have moved 32 times in my life… So far! I have lived all up & down the east coast, from Maine to Florida. Overseas, I lived in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Puerto Rico. I am happily married for 30 years this August; I have two children, Hope & Jordan, and two granddaughters, Jema & Nora. I come by the way of the “Buckeye” State of Ohio. My travels leading me to Savannah have been both exciting and challenging. After over 20 years in the dental field (both technical and sales – private and corporate – merger after merger), I decided my desire to be creative needed to take precedence. Sculpture became the director of my life. I have been here in Savannah for five years which has led me to Old Town Trolley and the Concierge position, and it appears to be a blessing in disguise.

I was originally born somewhere near Tybee, but when I was a baby, my Dad lost his business and moved us to South Florida. But, I’m back now, and I’m not leaving! I have a creative spirit. I’m not really that talented, but I’m always painting, photoshopping, writing stories, trying out new recipes, etc. It’s when I feel closest to God. What brought me to Old Town Trolley was my love of our history. I grew up in a haunted house, and I was an actor for years – it’s a perfect synthesis of my past experiences!

My husband has been in Savannah for a while but I had to remain in our hometown due to my fathers’ declining health issues. I am pleased to now be in Savannah and part of the OTT family. Lead Actor, American Prohibition Museum
I grew up in Hamburg, NJ with my mom, dad, brother and sister. My childhood consisted of playing in nature and hungrily learning everything I could about history and the world around me. We are a family of travelers. I’ve been lucky enough to spend my birthday in beautiful places all around the country. When I’m not spending time on the floor of the museum, you can find me on various Savannah stages. I act and direct for Savannah Shakes and I am a player in The Odd Lot Improv Troupe. I also dabble in productions with other companies when I can find the time! I joined the Ghosts & Gravestones CAST fresh out of college after a recruiting presentation by Garry. After three years performing in various roles for G&G, I jumped at the opportunity to become part of the team at the brand new American Prohibition Museum. It’s been a pleasure being a part of the CAST at every level.
I am originally from South Norwalk, Connecticut. I live in Hardeeville, SC and have been married for 34 years. For over 15 years I have worked in the business field. During my years of employment I have worked in a nursing home, hotel, and at a Home Health agency. These various places of employment have helped me gain extensive knowledge of the business field. I love to spend my spare time crocheting and loom knitting. I was brought to Old Town Trolley through Trace staffing for 6 weeks on a temp status. I am now full-time and excited about the new journey that I am going to embark on.
