Wednesday, April 18th very limited tours for public until 11:30.
Wednesday April 25th Very Busy- Public tours running every hour between 10:00 and 3:30. Waits may be longer than normal  Do not wait until the last tour at 5 pm to arrive.
On days there is a Game or other event at Fenway Park, Old Town Trolley Service to Stop # 12 (Fenway Park) will cease one hour before the start if the event and recommence 1/2 hour after the event starts. During and at the end of the Ball Game or event, we will monitor traffic at Fenway and at our discretion may suspend service to Stop #12
Guest are advised that Fenway is a relatively easy walk from Stop # 11, Dalton Street, during the time Stop # 12 is closed.
The Boston Athletic Association is hosting a 5k and an Invitational Mile on Saturday April 14, 2018. This will necessitate the closing of Stop # 7 during the morning and Stop # 12 all day. Additionally, Stop # 6 will be temporarily moved on Saturday mornnig to Park Plaza directly behind the 4 Seasons Hotel.

How does the Old Town Trolley tour work?
The Old Town Trolley Tour is a fantastic way to discover the best of Boston. The Trolley tour is fully narrated by expert guides well versed in the history, legend and lore of Boston. Passengers can get on and off at any of our conveniently located stops. Our Trolleys come by each stop approximately every 20-30 minutes. The tour runs 1 hour and 50 minutes in length.

Do I need a reservation?
Our Old Town Trolley Tour boards approximately every 20-30 minutes and does not require a reservation. However, reservations are required on the following tours:
Ghosts & Gravestones*, Chocolate Tour* and our Educational Tour.

*If you need to cancel or change your tour reservation, you are required to do so 24 hours in advance. No cancellations or refunds will be made 24 hours prior to tour departure.

What age qualifies for a child ticket?

Old Town Trolley Tours: 4-12 years. Children under 4 ride free.
Ghosts & Gravestones Tour: Children under 6 are not allowed on tour.

Can you accommodate handicapped passengers?
Yes. Please phone 24-hours in advance so that we may best accommodate you.

The Old Town Trolley group sales can give you information on groups and renting our vehicles for special events. They can be reached at (855) 396-7433. For small groups, our Internet discount may be the best option.

I could not use my ticket. What should I do?
All e-tickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit or give them as gifts (and you’ll also avoid any price increases).
