Tour Updates

Due to State mandated construction Stop #6 (Cambridge  MIT) will be closed until further notice. Stop #6 can be accessed by taking the Red Line Subway system located at the intersection of Cambridge and Charles streets, a 5-minute walk North on Charles St from our Stop #7 (Charles St.).  Take the Red Line train outbound 1 stop to Kendall Square.  We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause.”

Due to construction, Stop #14 (Boston Common) is closed.  Our Stop #13 (Welcome Center) is located at  3 Park Plaza, at the intersection of Charles St. and Boylston St. on the opposite side of the Boston Common.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

From 07/23/2021, until 11/01/2021 – Our Seaport Hotel RETURN Shuttle leaves from our Stop #1 at 5pm daily,  and services Stops #16, #17, and #18.  For guests looking to take advantage of the return shuttle, please see our Dispatcher at Stop #1 by 5pm.

Upcoming Limited Public Tour Availability due to Private Group Tours for the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum:
Thursday, September 23rd: Due to a private event, our last tour of the day will be 2:00pm.

EFFECTIVE, August 7th, and in alignment with the other museums in Boston, the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum will require face coverings for ALL museum guests ages 5 years and older for the duration of their visit. This is in accordance with recent CDC recommendations that fully vaccinated people wear face coverings in public indoor settings in areas of “substantial” or “high” transmission.  Suffolk County, Massachusetts is currently designated as “substantial” transmission.

  1. As of July 1st the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum tours will go from 10a-5pm.   Tea Room and Gift shop will stay their current hours…also closing at 5pm.
  2. As of July 1st the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum is going back to our original pre-COVID tour.
  3. As of July 1st the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum will STILL NOT open on Tuesday and Wednesdays

SAFETY MEASURES DURING POST-COVID PERIOD

The safety and well-being of our guests and team members remain our highest priority.

Overview

  • Our company is committed to maintaining clean, disinfected vehicles for your safety.
  • We utilize a deep disinfectant nightly on all surfaces inside the vehicle and utilize a multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant as recommended by the CDC for all touch points in the vehicle during the day between tours.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available for your use as you board and disembark the vehicle. Please utilize this dispenser for the safety of you and those around you.
  • We’re enhancing our cleaning procedures at our sales depots and encourage guests to use cashless transactions.
  • Based on the CDC, it is recommended that people who are operating or are a passenger of a vehicle that is part of a Transportation Network Company, wear a mask at all times.

While we want you to enjoy your tour, relax and have fun, it is our goal that you do this in a safe environment. We are glad you chose to tour with us and see the wonderful city.
