This is where history, hospitality, and flavor come together in every pour
The experience is enhanced by cocktail classes held at Bar 1, located within Navy’s Building Number One. Guests can learn to mix classic island-inspired drinks while surrounded by preserved wood beams and craftsmanship dating back to 1856. The bar itself is built from salvaged materials, making every cocktail part of the building’s living story.
