How does the Old Town Trolley tour work?
See the best of Key West on our 90 minute tour. We are Key West’s most comprehensive tour, covering over 100 points of interest. Get off at any of our convenient stops to shop, dine or sightsee then reboard a trolley and it’s on with the tour. You may get on and off ALL DAY as many times as you like. Our trolleys come by each stop at least every 30 minutes. Tour at your own pace.
Do I need a reservation?
Our Old Town Trolley Tour boards approximately every 20-30 minutes and does not require a reservation.
Holiday Tour and Ghosts & Gravestones: Reservations required. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time.
What age qualifies for a child ticket?
4-12 years. Children under 4 ride free.
Can you accommodate handicapped passengers?
Yes. Please phone in advance so that we may best accommodate you.

How can I rent a Trolley for my group?

I could not use my Ticket. What should I do?
For guests who have purchased tickets directly from our website, we offer a Modify Booking Tool. Guests may change their reservation one time at no charge*. However, the guest is fully responsible if the fare price for the new date/time selected is more expensive. Refunds are not issued where ticket prices have decreased due to promotions or where the date/time selected is less expensive. Changes are subject to availability.
