Washington DC Old Town Trolley Tours

Our convenient and continuous tour loop takes you to the BEST of DC. We hold all of our tours to the highest of standards, and we’re committed to providing you with the best sightseeing experience possible.

ORANGE TOUR LOOP

Our tour traverses the National Mall, museums and The Wharf. You’ll have a chance to explore museums, the National Monuments and Memorials (Lincoln, FDR, Washington, and Jefferson), as well as the United States Capitol, Supreme Court buildings and more.

RED TRANSFER (10-15 MINUTE RIDE)

Our red transfer shuttle will pick you up at the Lincoln Memorial (Stop #13) and drop you off at the cemetery. Please note that only the gold and platinum tickets include a tour of Arlington National Cemetery aboard our vehicles. You may explore on your own by foot. When you’re finished at Arlington, catch the shuttle again and we’ll take you back to the Lincoln Memorial so you can continue your tour of the city.

Monuments by Moonlight Tour

When the sun goes down, Washington turns into a different city, and Old Town Trolley Tours knows just the right way to show off the Capitol City at night! Experience top-rated Washington DC Night Tours with experienced tour guides.

Our professional tour guides will take you right to some of the city’s most popular monuments and let you see the city in a different light.

Along the way, you’ll be transported back in time as you ride along the same streets the presidents have traveled, and hear historical tales and anecdotes about the city’s fascinating history, such as The Curse of the Hope Diamond and its legacy of death and despair and the Medal of Honor winner who donated his amputated leg to a museum and often visited it!

ENTRY TO ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY

All visitors 16 years of age and older must present a valid state or government issued photo identification upon entering the cemetery. Visitors 16 and 17-years-old may present a school-issued identification for entry.

Safety is our First Priority

The safety and well-being of our guests and team members remain our highest priority.

  • We have roped off specific seats on the trolley to maintain social distancing.
  • We request that family members stay together in groups of two.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn by all staff and guests over the age of six (6) per city code. For the convenience of our guests, face masks are available for purchase.
  • Our company is committed to maintaining clean, disinfected vehicles for your safety.
  • We utilize a deep disinfectant nightly on all surfaces inside the vehicle and utilize a multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant as recommended by the CDC for all touch points in the vehicle during the day between tours.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available for your use as you board and disembark the vehicle. Please utilize this dispenser for the safety of you and those around you.
  • We’re enhancing our cleaning procedures at our sales depots and encourage guests to use cashless transactions.

While we want you to enjoy your tour, relax and have fun, it is our goal that you do this in a safe environment. We are glad you chose to tour with us and see Washington, DC.

In accordance to the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 64) and 42 Code of Federal Regulations 70.2, 71.31(b). 71.32, all guests and personnel must wear a mask while waiting at a boarding location in addition to wearing a mask while on tour.
