How does the Old Town Trolley tour work?

Do I need a reservation?
Our Old Town Trolley Tour boards approximately every 20-30 minutes and does not require a reservation. However, reservations are required on the following tours:
Monuments by Moonlight, DC Ducks & Educational Tour. If you need to cancel or change your tour reservation, you are required to do so 24 hours in advance. No cancellations or refunds will be made 24 hours prior to tour departure.
What age qualifies for a Child ticket?
4-12 years. Children under 4 ride free.
Can you accommodate handicapped passengers?
Yes. Please phone in advance so that we may best accommodate you.

How can I rent a Trolley for my group?
The Old Town Trolley team, part of Historic Tours of America Group Sales office can give you information on groups and renting our vehicles for special events. They can be reached at (844) 356-2603. For small groups, our Internet discount may be the best option.
How can I get a refund for my ticket?

I could not use my Ticket. What should I do?
All etickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you’ll also avoid any price increases).
