On Saturday October 20th the following stops will be closed until 11:30 am: Stop 3 (Archives), Stop 6 (Air and Space Museum), Stop 22 (American History Museum), Stop 23 (Natural History Museum), Stop 24 (Newseum). There will be delays around Stop 9 (Jefferson Memorial) and Stop 10 (FDR/MLK).
Due to required Conductor training, OTT DC will not begin tours, hotel pickups or shuttle service until 10:00am on November 6th, 7th or 8th. Sales Depots will open as scheduled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Tidal Basin is a beautiful part of the National Mall in Washington DC. Bordering monuments and memorials, the Tidal Basin is home to thousands of Cherry Trees that were given as a gift to the United States by Japan. Luring visitors to take a stroll or rent a paddle-boat for a tranquil break from sightseeing, the Tidal Basin is a favorite spot to many tourists throughout the year.

If it’s spring, it’s even more exciting, as the blossoming cherry trees add more beauty to the area. It’s also that time of year when the National Cherry Blossom Festival is held and travelers from all around the world come to see the sights and enjoy concerts and various other cultural events.
