What does your tour consist of and how long does it take?

The Old Town Trolley Tour is a 70 minute, narrated historic tour of downtown St Augustine. The trolley tour features 22 stops where guests can get on and off to shop, dine or sightsee. We cover 100 points of interest during our tour. Your ticket is good for three consecutive days. Our expert guides are licensed by the city and extensively trained. Old Town Trolley Tours is St. Augustine's most comprehensive tour.

How often do the trolleys come to each stop?

Our Trolleys come by every 15 to 20 minutes, though times may vary slightly due to traffic conditions.

How much does the trolley tour cost?

Where does the tour begin?

Our Old Town Trolley depot is located at 167 San Marco Avenue at the Authentic Old Jail, just north of downtown. There is plenty of free parking here.

Do you need reservations for the tour?

No reservations are required. Tours begin every 15 to 20 minutes, from the Authentic Old Jail.

Are the trolleys handicap accessible?

Yes, we do have two wheelchair accessible trolleys. A person needing these trolleys can only board and exit the trolley at our main depot. Call in advance to see what time the handicap accessible trolley departs. For more information, go to Customer Service.

What is the last tour of the day?

The last tour of the day is at 4:30 P.M. from the Authentic Old Jail.

Can I bring my stroller on board the trolley?

Yes, we can accommodate strollers but they must be collapsible and will be stored up front with the conductor. Strollers in the aisle ways would constitute a safety hazard.

If I order tickets online, do they have to be date specific or are they good any time?

All Trusted Tours & Attractions etickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.

FAQ ABOUT GHOST & GRAVESTONES

What does your tour consist of and how long does it take?

The Ghosts and Gravestones tour is an hour and twenty minute “Frightseeing” tour. You board our trolley of the doomed to hear stories of our haunted past. The trolley will make three stops where you get to enter three of St Augustine’s most haunted buildings.

What times are the tours and do we need reservations?

The tours are seven nights a week. The first tour is at 8:00 P.M. Yes reservations are required as space is limited. Tours run in 20 minute increments as needed.

How much is the ghost tour?

Where does the tour begin?

Is the ghost tour wheelchair accessible?

No. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
