Our Welcome Center, Stop 20, is temporarily closed. The St. Augustine Ghosts & Gravestones boarding location has changed temporarily to the Old Town Trolley Welcome Center at 1305 N. Ponce de Leon Blvd. These changes will remain until the construction of our new Welcome Center at 27 San Marco is complete (Spring 2019).

How does the Old Town Trolley tour work?
St. Augustine is a unique city filled with colonial Spanish neighborhoods, magnificent buildings and a charm all its own. The one hour tour features 23 stops where guests can get on and off to shop, dine or sightsee. We cover over 100 points of interest during our tour.

Do I need a reservation?
Our Old Town Trolley Tour boards approximately every 20-30 minutes and does not require a reservation. However, reservations are required for the following: Ghosts & Gravestones and Holiday Tour (Fast Track Pass); Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time.

What age qualifies for a Child ticket?
Old Town Trolley Tour: 6-12 years. Children under 6 ride free.
Ghosts & Gravestones: 3-12 years. Children under 2 ride free.

Can you accommodate handicapped passengers?
Yes. Please phone in advance so that we may best accommodate you.

How can I rent a Trolley for my group?
The Old Town Trolley team, part of Historic Tours of America Group Sales office can give you information on groups and renting our vehicles for special events. They can be reached at (844) 388-6452. For small groups, our Internet discount may be the best option.

I could not use my Ticket. What should I do?
All etickets are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased tickets and were simply unable to use them, you can keep your tickets and use them on a future visit, or give them as gifts (and you’ll also avoid any price increases).
