The Hop On Hop Off tour allows you to board and de board at any of the 22 stops as many times as you like throughout the day. Tickets are valid for 1 or 2 consecutive days with unlimited re boarding. Tours feature 100 percent live narration from expert guides, and you may start your tour at any stop.
A full continuous loop takes approximately 90 minutes if you remain on the trolley for the entire route. Total tour time may vary if you hop off to explore attractions along the way.

Our Old Town Trolley depot is located at 167 San Marco Avenue at the Authentic Old Jail, just north of downtown. There is plenty of free parking here.
You may start your Old Town Trolley Tour at any of our convenient stops. Click on Map and Stops to see a list of our stops with information about the attractions and points of interest at each stop.
Our vehicles are equipped with ramps and lifts that can accommodate one scooter or wheelchair each. As many of our stops are on busy thoroughfares and are shared with other tour operators, we must limit loading and unloading to the trolley stops listed on our Accessibility Services page.
The last tour of the day is at 4:30 P.M. from the Authentic Old Jail.

Yes, we can accommodate most regular size strollers, but they must be collapsible and remain with you at all times. Strollers may not be left unattended and in their own row.
Food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

Service animals are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. A service animal means a dog, regardless of breed or type, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Animal species other than dogs, emotional support animals, comfort animals, companionship animals, and service animals in training are not service animals.

No, reservations are not required for standard daytime Hop On Hop Off tours. Tickets can be purchased online or at booth locations, and you may begin your tour at your convenience. Reservations are required for seasonal tours such as Nights of Lights and Ghosts and Gravestones.

The Hometown Pass allows St. Johns County residents to ride for free when accompanied by a full fare paying adult. A valid ID and Hometown Pass must be presented at the booth, and the guest must purchase a full fare ticket at the same time.

Space on the trolley is very limited as our vehicles are designed for sightseeing. While a small carry-on or backpack that fits in your lap is fine, we cannot accommodate large suitcases. We recommend leaving larger items at your hotel or in your vehicle at our free parking lot.
