Arthur was a born showman, living his dream as the proprietor and ringmaster of a traveling circus. When the circus fell on hard times, he drummed up business by transforming his performers into unusual and sometimes morbid curiosities, displaying them to enraptured crowds across the land. Over time Arthur’s captive performers rebelled and when they eventually broke free from their cages and took their revenge on Arthur, he found himself condemned to an eternity of performing for the very people he had previously imprisoned and displayed as his traveling band of curiosities.
