Manager Trainee

I grew up in a small town in Maine and moved to Massachusetts in 2016 for undergrad. I started driving buses as a way to support myself and ended up dispatching, training, doing maintenance, and running the Marketing and PR department. After getting my degree in biology, I moved to Boston to start nursing school. I started at Old Town Trolley as a shuttle driver in August of 2021 as a part-time job to put me through school. However, I quickly decided I love my job and wanted to be more involved. In March of 2022 I was promoted to manager trainee, and at that time also became a dispatcher and conductor. While I am still a full-time nursing student and finishing out my Associates, I am beginning my career at OTT by training in each of the departments to find where my best fit as a manager would be and seeing where this journey takes me.
