David “Cubby”
Cubbie was born and raised in the city of Boston. At the age of ten, he took part in several Bicentennial celebrations and events in and around the city as part of Cub Scout Pack 61 (in Saugus, MA). Cubbie was fortunate to have a National Historic Site in his hometown, the Saugus Ironworks. Making annual visits throughout grade school, this helped to spark his interest in early colonial history. Cubbie has been a lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America, and has trained many youths and adults in both Scoutcraft and leadership skills for decades. Cubbie left a desk job to come to Old Town Trolley. He is looking forward to guiding visitors around our city and helping to tell the truth about the important revolutionary events that took place.
