National Cruise Ship Liaison

John began his career at Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston in 1997 as a Tour Conductor. Since then, he has performed many roles, such as Head Conductor, Operations Manager (10 years) and eventually General Manager (5 years). In 2018 he was promoted to his current position of National Cruise Ship Liaison, overseeing all aspects of cruise ship sales and operations for Historic Tours of America. He splits his time between Key West and Boston, spending six months of the year in each location.
