Historic Tours of America invites homeowners to enter into our friendly competition for the most beautiful house on the block. People of all ages delight as Key West homes dazzle with their holiday lights adorning every corner of the island. And our sleigh for the night will take guests to some of the most resplendent island homes. This is your opportunity to shine and have the chance to win one of our three cash prices!

Cast your vote below! Vote once a day now through December 26, 2023. The final winner will be chosen by public vote. Winners will be announced on December 28, 2023, on social media.

Terms and Conditions:

• Contest is open for submissions beginning December 8, 2023.
• Winners are selected by online voting through December 26, 2023 and winners will be announced on December 28, 2023 on social media.
• We will not accept mail entries.
• All prizes are paid for and awarded by Historic Tours of America, Inc.
• All homes must reside within a 5-mile radius of Key West, up to Key Haven.
• Only “individual houses may enter”; no group submissions.
• If you are a prize winner, you agree to have your image used in any advertising or promotions. (Including your name and address.)
• Residential homes only.
• Entering your home does not obligate us to show it on our regular Holiday Tours.
• Entries are limited to street facing residential properties. All entrants must include 1 full shot encompassing the entire street side. Historic Tours of America has the right to refuse any images that don’t depict the house correctly and/or are dark/blurry.
• Your KEYS Energy Electric Bill must be current. If not current, your prize will not be awarded

• A Key West Holiday Sights and Festive Nights Contest participant sign will be included on your property for the public to see.
• If there is any voter fraud detected, this will result in homes being disqualified at the discretion of Historic Tours of America, Inc. Management.
