For wheelchairs and scooters, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hour notice is recommended. Please call (904) 829-3800 for scheduling. This will allow us time to ensure that a properly equipped vehicle will be made available for your use. Wheelchair accessible trolleys are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

Due to the popularity of the city’s Nights of Lights, be sure to give yourself enough time to park and check in as traffic can be heavy.

Parking: 24 hours a day parking is conveniently available at the adjacent Historic Downtown Parking Facility. Please check the City of St. Augustine website for daily parking rates. Cash, credit, and debit cards are all accepted. Please be aware that there are several privately owned lots throughout the city with their own pay stations. Discount parking for trolley guests is available at the nearby Old Town Trolley Welcome Center, 27 San Marco Ave., on a first come, first served basis.

Admission Reservations: Reservations are required. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time by calling 904-337-3780. Maximum of 4 guests per row.

Your Nights of Lights VIP Experience Pass is valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase. The pass allows for front-of-the-line boarding at any time during regular operating hours, with tours beginning at 6:00 PM. For the most up-to-date information on the last tour of the evening, please visit our website. Please note, while your pass guarantees priority boarding, wait times may still occur during peak periods due to traffic and high demand, which can impact overall boarding times.
