For those of you attending the Rock ‘n’ Roll Savannah Marathon on November 2, 2019, here’s everything you need to know to totally rock this race! Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah is proud to participate in this fun-filled event, and we can’t wait to share our beautiful city with you!
Shuttles Will be Available for Hotels Near the Airport and Daffin Park/Grayson Field.
The best way for runners & spectators to arrive at the 2019 Rock ‘n’ Roll Savannah Marathon is by taking the official Old Town Trolley shuttle. We’ll pick you up from select hotel stops near the airport and Daffin Park/Grayson Field, take you to the start of the race & return you to your hotel stop after the race, all in historic Savannah style!

Too tired to walk back to the start line? We’ll pick you up from the finish line and take you to the start of the race!
Free and open to the public, be sure to check out the 2-day health and fitness expo prior to the race. All race participants must visit the expo to pick up their race packets and can also take some time to explore the various exhibitors featuring the latest in running technology, fitness apparel, and health & nutrition. All participants and spectators who pre-purchase marathon shuttle tickets online MUST attend the expo to pick up their shuttle wristband to wear on race morning.

Along the course, you’ll be able to kick your run into another gear with some Rock ‘n’ Roll inspiration provided by several live bands situated along the course. In addition, colorfully dressed spirit squads, cheer teams, and dance crews enthusiastically root you on as you make your way through the city’s historic district, across bridges and scenic neighborhoods!
Once you cross the finish line, catch your breath and rock out in historic Forsyth Park for a post-race concert featuring the Strumbellas, an award-winning indie band out of Toronto who scored a number one hit on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart with their 2016 single “Spirits.” Here, you’ll share stories and a couple of cold ones with your fellow marathoners as you dance into the night.
