Join us aboard the Old Town Trolley starting July 11. Read about our safety information. PLEASE NOTE: Stop F, Horton Plaza Park, is temporarily closed.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and each year, Old Town Trolley Tours® CAST members look forward to participating in weekly fundraising events to support this great cause.
Our Efforts Have Raised Over $15,000 Towards The Fight Against
Conductors and CAST members volunteer and participate in their own fundraising efforts which include the donation of daily tips, weekly bake sales and raffles. Results for last year totaled over $3,300 from generous CAST member contributions alone.
At our ticket booths, bottled water is offered to our guests for a donation request which is then contributed to the cause.
CAST members, family and friends sign up for the local chapter of the American Cancer Society walk, “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” held in Balboa Park. Our pretty in pink Trolley is there providing shuttle service for participants to and from the starting point.
We encourage individuals, groups, businesses and organizations to join us in supporting the fight against breast cancer either by joining us at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, making a donation to fundraising events, or making a financial contribution. 100% of our proceeds go to the local San Diego American Cancer Society.

Making Strides of San Diego
The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks raise awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. The events raise money to fund innovative research, provide free information and support, and help people reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it’s most treatable.
