October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and each year, Old Town Trolley Tours® CAST members look forward to participating in weekly fundraising events to support this great cause.
Our Efforts Have Raised Over $96,760 Towards The Fight Against Breast Cancer
Here are some of the ways Old Town Trolley Tours gets involved
Conductors and CAST members volunteer and participate in their own fundraising efforts which include the donation of daily tips, weekly bake sales, a silent auction, and raffles.
Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October
At our ticket booths, bottled water is offered to our guests for a donation request which is then contributed to the cause.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer – October 27, 2024
CAST members, family, and friends sign up for the local chapter of the American Cancer Society event, “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.” Our “pretty in pink” trolley will be participating in this event held this year at Balboa Park on Sunday, October 27, 2024.

We encourage individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations to join us in supporting the fight against breast cancer either by joining us at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, making a donation to fundraising events, or making a financial contribution. 100% of our proceeds go to the local San Diego American Cancer Society.

The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer scavenger hunt raises awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. The events raise money to fund innovative research, provide free information and support, and help people reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when it’s most treatable.
