Originally from San Diego, I enjoy living here for all our beautiful landmarks and history. I spent a year as a Safari Guide in South Africa and worked as a Bear Guide in Southeast Alaska where I met my husband. My interests include painting, reading, and of course sharks!

Conductor/Tour Guide – San Diego City Lights Night Tour

A perfect night in San Diego is watching a spectacular sunset at the beach, dining on an amazing meal at one of our hundreds of diverse restaurants, followed by music from a live band or a play at the theatre. It’s fun to dress up, see the sights, and spend a night on the town.

I’m from San Diego. I’m an introvert who is a huge fan of the natural world. I enjoy nature, mysteries, and keeping busy with positive things. The things I love most about San Diego are the biological and ecological diversity. We have mountains, deserts, and oceans. I love them all!

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but moved to San Diego when I was 2 years old. I’ve been a mechanic for 30 years. My favorite thing about San Diego is the sunsets over the ocean. Some of my hobbies include gardening and weightlifting.

I enjoy the nights in San Diego, where I can go out to fine dining one night, see a heavy metal concert the next night, see an ice hockey game the next, and then attend the ballet. After that, you can take a walk on the beach or hang out at the boardwalk.

I’m from Allentown, Pennsylvania. I’m a PA transfer who moved to San Diego a few years back. I’m a part-time hairdresser and love all things spooky. My favorite things about San Diego are the food and the weather!

I grew up in Santa Barbara but have lived in San Diego for many years. I love to travel, and I have been to Italy many times. Sailing is a passion of mine. Years ago, I sailed through the Panama Canal, where I received the nickname “Adventure Barbie” – What a blast!

I was born in Boulder, Colorado, but grew up in the Pacific Northwest. I relocated to San Diego in 1994 for my spouse’s Naval Career and I’ve been here ever since! I have an MFA in Theatre, but my true passion is Costume Design and Construction.

I originate from Oahu, Hawaii. The great thing about San Diego is living close to everything. My hobbies include camping, backpacking, and freshwater fishing. I also enjoy dressing in cosplay outfits.

Hey, my name is Chris… What I love most about San Diego is the city lights and showing guests around our wonderful city. I never tire of introducing visitors to the city I live in and chosen as my home. I love giving people a chance to have fun, learn some facts, and listen to great music.

I grew up in Tucson, Arizona, but a summer visit to San Diego made me fall in love with the city. I’ve now lived here for over 20 years! These days I like to spend time with friends, being outdoors, working in the yard, and doing anything creative.

My name is Doug and I’m from Toronto, Canada. This is my retirement job! What I love the most about San Diego is the weather. I enjoy BBQ, gardening, golf, ice hockey, and craft beer.

I am originally from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and have had the opportunity to live across the country and abroad, including Washington, D.C., London, Switzerland, Orlando, and Los Angeles. Since 2012, I have proudly called San Diego home, drawn to its incredible people, vibrant food scene, and unbeatable weather. I am an avid traveler—having explored five of the seven continents—a lifelong reader (the San Diego Book Crawl is a can-not-miss event), and a car enthusiast, with a particular fondness for my 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham.

I grew up between Anaheim and San Diego. Went to Northern Arizona University. I was stationed on the USS Midway during the Persian Gulf War. Previously worked at the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland before working at a real haunted house.

I’m from San Diego, and this place is great for the weather and Mexican food! I worked for the Navy Marine Mammal Program for 31 years and have many stories to share. I’m a racing fan and even race a dwarf car at Barona Speedway!

I’m originally from Carson, California, but I moved to San Diego to attend SDSU and never left! My creative outlet is to produce sketch comedy, create hiking vlogs, and even work in a haunted house for almost 20 years.

I’m from all over the U.S., but most of my time was spent in Seattle, WA and San Antonio, TX. I’m a costume designer and a horror actress. I do grave restorations for fun and love collecting postcards/pins! I enjoy horror, historical clothing, cosplay, and folklore.

As an accomplished musician, I play guitar, piano, and drums, as well as sing and compose working with local and international acts. I’m a San Diego/Tijuana native.
