Originally from San Diego, I enjoy living here for all our beautiful landmarks and history. I spent a year as a Safari Guide in South Africa and worked as a Bear Guide in Southeast Alaska where I met my husband. My interests include painting, reading, and of course sharks!

I was born in Boulder, Colorado, but grew up in the Pacific Northwest. I relocated to San Diego in 1994 for my spouse’s Naval Career and I’ve been here ever since! I have an MFA in Theatre, but my true passion is Costume Design and Construction.

With a diverse background in historic preservation, tourism, sales, and community and cultural events, I have enjoyed contributing to the vibrant tapestry of San Diego. As an accomplished musician, I play guitar, piano, and drums, as well as sing and compose working with local and international acts. I’m a San Diego/Tijuana native. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from SDSU.
